For one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical groups, Strypes is a highly valued force in process automation. Here, Strypes employees work on a production process that meets the highest demands in every respect.

Full control

In the production facility where Strypes employees work, various high-quality medicines, including contraceptives, are currently being produced. Our client says: “Full control over conditions is crucial in the production of medicines. For example, continuous overpressure is created in the production area to prevent contamination from other areas. We have to measure, record and regulate all conditions under which we produce with the utmost precision”.

Pooling of knowledge and experience

Pharmaceutical IT is a speciality, he explains: “It requires a pooling of a lot of knowledge and experience. In addition to knowledge of pharmacy and knowledge to realise the necessary software, you also need to have knowledge of the regulations. For example, the American regulations, with which we have to comply, require very extensive documentation of the production processes. At Strypes, they are completely familiar with this. The people are technically excellent, but they are also good at communicating.”

Taking responsibility

The cooperation so far has been good: “What I really appreciate is that the employees of Strypes are actively contributing ideas and thoughts. For example, by investigating how costs can be saved for a particular production system. But even more important to me is Strypes’ attitude in the organisation and planning of projects. The people at Strypes take responsibility.”
